Curious, would you consider lacking experience with Bash, Python and SQL a dealbreaker for this position? (Sys Admin Position)

It's not a complete deal-breaker, no, but it might be close. At the scale we operate at (we've got ~400K accounts in our Workspace instance), a huge amount of what we do to manage our systems is script-driven. So if a candidate had extensive comfort and familiarity with scripting/command line stuff, just not those specific languages/environments, that might be something we would consider.
