We had a user share a presentation with some people and they got the following message, it shared with all but one user.  The username was a valid email address.  I was trying to find out why they got this message but had problems searching for and finding it.  Anyone have any suggestions on how I could find out why this happened?

@panderson You can do an Email Log Search in the Google Admin Console. This is in Menu>Reporting>Email Log Search. Click the Custom Search tab if it is not already selected. Select the Message Date Range, enter the person's email under Recipient email, if you know the subject title from one of the other emails that will be helpful. Click Search to see the results. If the email is in the list, click on the hyperlinked name and it will show the Message Details and the Recipient Details. Under Recipient Details it has a status, such as opened. If you click on the arrow to expand the status, you will have details about the delivery of the email and if there were any errors.

Are all the people in the same OU or Group? If not, the share settings might be different for this one user. Did the one user who did not receive the email have access to the shared presentation but just didn't receive an email notification?

Yes, all the users were in the same OU and they were able to access the file.  The person sharing the document got this popup right after sharing, I don't think the person mentioned in the message ever got the email, but I actually don't know for sure, I will check on that.
