Shared drive strange issue

Have a shared drive users see different content at different times. I added myself and see it. I look at the root of the drive and at first the folders are not there then a few seconds later some appear. I refresh and it happens again but different folders show. It can't be a browser issue if I on a MAC in Chrome or Safari and the users on chromebooks see it. Seems confined to just this 1 drive others seem normal. ANy one else seen this?

Lo otro que puedo aportar, al menos con Drive para dispositivos moviles, es decirles a los profesores que cuando buscan un archivo primero deslizen la pantalla para "actualizar" la visualización de archivos.
