Restricting Students from creating apps in Appsheet

Just checking with others but is my understanding is correct:

With a Plus license, you have access to AppSheet Core.

You can switch it ON for your users under additional Apps.

However, we want students to be app users and prevent them from creating apps.

It seems that this is not a possibility with AppSheet Core?

But... can't everyone use AppSheet apps?

No need to even have access to the actual service, I mean.

Isn't the service only needed for those that need to create apps?

Since you don't even need a Google Workspace account to access an AppSheet app (actually not even for creating an app, it seems), I don't think the Users need AppSheet enabled, only the creators/sharers of the AppSheet apps.

Unfortunately, AppSheet is not available to users under the age of 18, using their Google Workspace for Education account: https://support.google.com/a/answer/10651918?hl=en#zippy=%2Cservices-not-available-to-users-under

Thanks, @JeffKurtz , but since you don't even need a Google account to use the AppSheet app, how is it relevant? Rarely ever would anyone want them to create apps, but just as rarely do anyone want to block them from using the app.
