Is it possible to create dynamic groups with exception/exclusion rules?

I have a dynamic group that is setup to add all active users under [Sample] Org Unit and any sub organizations under that.

I would like to exclude one of those Sub Organizations.

Is this possible? I was trying it in the admin console and wasn't able to get it working, but maybe there's a trick to it..

Afaik, Dynamic Groups only allow positive/inclusive rules.
