We have been seeing this a lot we opened a case with Google they finally admitted its an OS issue but won't be able to prioritize fixing whatever that means
hank you for contacting Google Cloud Support. I understand that you are experiencing issues with where the mouse arrow disappears on the user's Chromebooks.
We’ve confirmed this is an issue and our product engineers are aware of it, and working actively. Unfortunately, we won't be able to prioritize a fix at this time. For that reason I’d recommend focusing on working with or around the current behavior, and I’m happy to talk with you about what that might look like. After that, I won't be providing regular updates on this case.
If you ever have the need to confirm the status of this issue, you can always open a new case referencing this case number and we will be happy to update you on any new information we may have at the time.
At this point, we would proceed for case closures, since there are no ETA's as of now.
Please feel free to reply back if you have any additional questions and I will be more than happy to assist you.
Kind regards,
Raj
