Missing features in Google Classroom?

According to this presentation by Google, the Gemini features should have been available on June 30:

Unfortunately the features are nowhere to be found, so I'm just wondering if everybody else is also missing the options or if it's just us?Skærmbillede 2025-08-25 kl. 13.04.19.png

I noticed a Gemini splash-screen when logging in with new users this morning, any chance it's just now doing a staged rollout?

See if you can browse directly to it: https://classroom.google.com/ai

The only other question would be: is it available in the user's language?

I have been doing some testing, and as I assumed it's currently a "USA only" rollout...

So if I want to have access to the features I need to switch my language and my country to USA, and voila the features appear.
It all loops back to my other post, asking for an updated list showing whether a feature is broadly available or not, since all this guessing is just annoying.

Do you know if it is because it's only available in the USA or only available in English (Great Britain, etc)?

The Google Workspace Updates Blog (https://workspaceupdates.googleblog.com/ ) might be a good resource.  I know that on some of the features/updates, they do say available in all languages, but a lot of them don't include anything about languages.  I don't know what it means when they don't mention being available in all languages; maybe that is a sign that it is available in the USA or English?

I haven't tried English (and another country), I simply accepted that it's yet another feature hidden from people outside the US.
So currently we are testing it by simply switching for individual users, but it is a pain to have to force people to change the overall setting, simply to get access to features that haven't been specifically announced as being US only.

Australia here, we have the Gemini features. It might simply be limited to English?

EDIT: Checked the Workspace Updates blog post, it is available only for English language users.
