Installing Android app on Google Workspace chromebook

We are'nt having much success installing Dolphin Easy reader on Chromebooks. It's installed under Apps, Web and Mobile Apps. Settings for the app are User Access- On for Everyone. Access Method-Available, Allowed All Runtime Permissions.

When the user logins to the Chromebook, they have to go to play.google.com. Click on their profile picture, Library and Devices, Click on Dolphin Easy Reader which leads them to this screen. It never opens the app. I was able to install the app on a nonmanaged chromebook so I know it does work. I'm sure it's a permission problem but I can't seem to figure it out.

I got this working but through forced installed.

And of course ensure you have play store allowed for users.

I did switch it to Force Install. I think I am allowing users access to Play Store but I'm not sure. I thought I went through the checklist to do so but anywhere on the chromebook where I try to run the app I get the install on more devices or Your adminstrator hasn't given you access error

How are you getting on? Did you check the user settings for Play store? Strange one - but do you have onsite content filtering? This affected me and I had to get a number of things allowlisted and bypassed to let it install and work fully on site.

Finally figured it out. Devices, Chrome, Apps & Extensions,Users & Browsers. Use yellow + button . Add from Google Play.

Ahhhhh, totally missed that you wrote you installed them under MobileApps, which by its name only affects mobiles/phones.
