Images and Videos not loading in Docs or Slides

Has anyone else encountered this issue? A number of our teachers added images and videos to their slides and docs. In the place of the video or the image there is an exlamation point. We tried clearing the cache and history, accessing the slide or doc in incognito mode, and updating the browser. I also tried right clicking and resetting the browser
