I am Caden Yeung, a psychology graduate and community programme professional from Hong Kong. My work is based in the NGO and social service sector, where I support community programmes, youth engagement, and professional development activities.
I am exploring how Generative AI can support professional learning and reduce routine administrative work for educators and community professionals. Possible applications include organising ideas, preparing workshop materials, adapting content for different audiences, and creating discussion prompts for adult learners.
However, I believe that AI-generated content should always be reviewed for accuracy, bias, cultural relevance, accessibility, privacy, and safeguarding—particularly when learning activities involve young people or vulnerable communities.
