Almost every Google product has a Feedback link within the product itself. Those submissions are viewed by the respective teams responsible for those products. For example, clicking on the ? at the bottom of any Google Classroom page will take you to the feedback process.

@ewikstromSD - we have googlers helping out with managing this very forum, but their main job is making sure the forum is working as well as possible.

For Feedback and Feature Requests for Google services, you already got the best possible answers from @MarkLoundy and @Bill_Gibson .

I use the new Workspaces section (under Priority) constantly. I wish it had more flexibility: unlimited workspaces, drag and drop the order, add folders, drag and drop the order of files and folders within a Workspace, no file/folder limit per Workspace. I still Star files and folders, but I've found the Workspaces have helped me be much more organized with things I'm currently working on or files I constantly reference.

Yeah, those are things that definitely need to be added as Feature Ideas in GCC.
