Hello Everyone!
This is the first time we are using Chromebooks at our school.
Our Chromebooks are correctly enrolled in the Google Admin Console and show the proper provisioning status.
We also have the Chrome Upgrade license.
However, when we start a device and open the Google Play Store, no apps appear — the store is completely empty and nothing can be installed.
I would like to know if this could be caused by a missing setting or service.
Is there any specific configuration I need to enable in the Google Admin Console (for example, I have just enabled Android apps on Chrome Devices and the Google Play service) to allow students to see and install apps from the Play Store?
