Gmail Locked Down

I have one user who is regularly getting her Gmail account "Temporarily Locked Down."  When I access her account info in Admin Console,  I get a message that says she has exceeded the Gmail request limit and she can only be reset 5 more time this year.  It gives the same message every time and it's been happening at least once a week for the last three weeks.  She also gets this message sometimes when she tries to print an email.  On top of that, it only occurs when she's on her desktop (Windows 10).  It doesn't do this when she is on her phone or laptop (Windows 11).  She's cleared cache and cookies numerous times and it still occurs.  Has anyone else ever experienced this?  How did you resolve it?

Just curious, what does it tell you when you click on the "Learn more" link in that red banner message?

It is a link to a help document that basically explains the same thing described on the Gmail Temporally Locked Down user warning.  I've asked her to turn off her mail tracker to see if that makes a difference, but she is the only one that is getting this warning.  There are others in our organization using the same mail tracker.  It says it can be restored only 5 times, but I know I've restored it more than 5 times.

Is the maybe a rouge chrome extension installed on this user's windows 10 workstation?

Check under her account security and see what locations she is logged into. There might be locations and devices that she does not recognize. If that is the case, then have her log out of those locations and change her password. While under security do a security checkup to see if there are third-party apps or websites that are repeatedly logging into the account. She might need to disconnect them to see if that corrects the issue.

" I've asked her to turn off her mail tracker..."

What is that, and why does your user have one? Seems like something that will interfere with usage.
