Data Migration from 1 workspace to many

Hello!

We're in a situation where we need to split up a combine Workspace account into multiple individual domains.

ie. DomainABCD > DomainA, DomainB, DomainC, DomainD

Anybody have any experience migrating data from workspace>workspace? Mail/Contacts/Calendars look pretty easy to do, but Drive/Shared Drive data look to be a nightmare.

What tools/vendors have you used to do something similar?

This seems like the sort of thing it would be good to have a partner (https://cloud.google.com/find-a-partner/?products=Google%20Workspace%20for%20Education) that has experience in this area on board to help with—it is indeed tricky.

And don’t forget about the other apps, like Keep, Photos, YouTube, Groups, and so on….
