Hi everyone!
We are having issues with one particular student Chromebook where the keyboard language is appearing in any text entry box. We have hard reset the Chromebook, updated the Chromebook, and powerwashed the Chromebook with a USB stick and through Admin Console and cannot get it to go away. We have moved the OU of the Chromebook as well. After powerwashing, it does not appear until it is connected to WiFi, but appears before re-enrolling into our domain. It does not appear when the student logs into their Google Account on another device which leads us to believe it is the Chromebook. Does anyone have any ideas of what we are missing?
