Canva and Google Log in invalid certificate

Hello,

We have used Canva for years and just this month two teacher users can no longer login to Canva with their Google Account. It is showing error 400 invalid certificate.

Any ideas on a fix?

Are other users able to access or is it all that try?  It could be something with the cache.  Maybe try incognito mode or a different browser?

 Is Canva configured in GAFE > Web & mobile apps as an application and has the certificate expired?  They're good for 5 years but if it's expired, you need to gen another and fix on both sides.

Thank you! It was expired. I generated a new one, but we still couldn't get in to fix the problem on their end. Canva helped me via email with the best customer service. Thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction!
