Cannot Create Shared Drive Folder via Service Account

Hi,

I created a script to create Google Drive folders by providing the folder_id and the new folder name. This worked for all folders under "My Drive" that I share with the service account.

I now want to do the same thing for a Shared Drive, but I keep getting the error "File not found". I made sure that the service account has the 'manager' role in the shared drive.

How do I make the Shared Drive visible to the service account?

A lot of API actions require the use of "impersonation", meaning the service account needs to do it's job while pretending to be a real user.

Or are you using the word "service account" to mean a real Google Workspace account, and not just a service account in Google Cloud Platform?
