We have exactly the same issue and haven't been able to solve it..
iOS works just fine for users in the same OU, but Android seems to be broken at the moment - Have talked to external partners and they aren't able to pinpoint the cause either.

None of the so-called solutions were solutions at all.
"If it doesn't work, ask your admin" isn't really a solution when it's the admin looking for a solution.

I've allowed everything both for the entire OU and for the specific users, yet the mobile app simply doesn't allow the login on Android.
There's no Error ID or anything to pinpoint why it isn't working, it's a generic error message that leads to yet another page telling the end user to ask their admins. (Which still doesn't solve it, when the admin has given every access available)

It's a frustrating bug/limitation, when there's no apparent cause nor a solution at hand.

Boa Tarde a Todos @MarkB @Kristal @T_Sakamoto

Bom dia @Kristal @T_Sakamoto @MarkB .

Consegui resolver o problema ativando a opção "Pesquisa e Assistente"gemini android.png

Agora tanto dispositivos Android e IOS conseguem acessar o Gemini.

This will be an issue for us europeans, since the Search and Assistant isn't covered by the GDPR contracts.
So even though Gemini is supposedly GDPR compliant, and is safe to use for the students, we can't enable it on their phones since it has a requirement that doesn't meet the needed legislation.

It might just be me, but that a huge oversight on Google's part.
