I'm a new leader, and one of my roles is the responsible integration of AI tools across my international school.
With the passing of the EU AI Act, I want to start looking at how to do compliant risk assessments on AI tools we allow within our domain. For example, Brisk Teaching the add on to Chrome is quite popular, but as we are in Romania, we are supposed to ensure it is GDPR compliant and it isn't. I have no idea how much of the student's work is being "checked" by the Brisk AI detection or for feeback but I believe that breaches GDPR and now the AI Act.
We also have a BSO inspection coming up and I need to be able to show that we are integrating AI responsibly. Does anyone have a risk assesment already or want to collaborate on coming up with a risk assessment?
I'm doing my utmost to use this article by Clara Hawking as my guide but this is all new to me!
