As a speaker, what thrilled and inspired me the most wasn't just the sheer brilliance of the AI technology we showcased. Rather, it was the incredible "energy and dedication" of all the participants. Everyone was packed with the true spirit of an innovator—completely open-minded, eager to learn, and ready to experiment with new tools at every turn.
💡 Transforming Traditional Training into a "Space to Unleash Creativity" (Active Learning)
Our core mission for this workshop was to break away from traditional, passive lectures (Passive Learning) and turn the session into a 100% Active Learning experience. I have always believed that:

We transformed NIA’s conference room into a vibrant idea laboratory, focusing on two main highlights designed specifically to supercharge the workflow of innovators:
Thinking Out of the Box Without Limits with Gemini App: We invited everyone to use Gemini as an AI Co-pilot for brainstorming. It helped unlock creative bottlenecks and uncover fresh possibilities that traditional mindsets might easily overlook.
Sharp, Deep Data Analysis with NotebookLM: This tool was an absolute crowd-pleaser! We experimented by throwing raw data, research papers, and thick project documents into NotebookLM. It instantly analyzed, synthesized, and summarized deep insights with incredible accuracy, saving massive amounts of time and drastically boosting decision-making efficiency.
✨ The Magic of Learning... When Everyone Goes "Aha!"
Throughout the workshop, the most rewarding moment for me as a facilitator was walking around the tables, chatting, and guiding participants closely. Seeing their smiles and the spark in their eyes when they went, "Aha! It can actually do this?!" or "If I had known this last week, my work would have been done days ago!" was priceless.
This is exactly the beauty of Lifelong Learning. When powerful tools are placed in the hands of highly creative minds, the result isn't just increased efficiency—it unlocks brand-new horizons to drive national innovation.
