Event Overview
A common challenge in staff account lifecycle management is the risk of collaborators losing access to shared files like lesson plans, presentations, assessments, or other important files when the owner's account is deleted. However, by using Drive DLP and Drive Labels (a premium Workspace for Education feature), admins can build an effective, visible process for notifying collaborators that the shared files they are using may be scheduled for deletion. In this session, we will lead admins through how to build a file labeling schema so that users can easily identify files that are pending deletion and take action to maintain access.
