December is in full swing, and I can vividly remember what this stretch felt like when I was in the classroom; determined to “just keep swimming,” leaning on that “we just have a few more days” energy, and wading through real feelings of fatigue. At this time of year especially, you can sense that your teachers might be running on empty.
➡️ Finish this sentence: My teachers are tired of ______. What’s underneath that fatigue? A process that could be simplified? A message that needs to be heard differently? A moment where trust has worn thin?
Fill in the blank honestly. Then ask yourself: what part of that can you redesign, delegate, or delete? What part might technology, or even AI, make lighter?
Noticing is the first step. Shifting what’s possible, is next.
