As we've explored this topic together, many of our conversations have gone beyond retention itself and into broader questions about leadership, trust, communication, culture, and support.

As we begin wrapping up this series, I'd love to hear a reflection from you.

Leadership is more of a follower first and a doer second. And he inspires people to make a change rather than bossing people around.

Aqui no Brasil o ano letivo ainda está em andamento, mas essa é uma pauta que me chama a atenção justamente nesse período. Iniciamos o ano pensando em tantos projetos, tantas avaliações de como o ano anterior aconteceu, porém no meio dessa jornada as metas parecem sumir. Esse desenvolvimento da liderança é constante, contínuo, diário... o olhar para o desenvolvimento dos liderados não tira férias e é o responsável por todos os resultados das diferentes equipes.
