In this sessions we will discuss how might we create a sustainability using google workspace. 

How might we create more impact by using google workspace? And maintaining a consistency at work so that we could achieve our business goals and objectives?

How might we Increase Impact
 
Use AI for Efficiency and Creativity: Use features powered by Gemini for Google Workspace to increase productivity.
  • Automate writing and data analysis: Use "Help me write" in Gmail and Docs. Or, ask natural language questions in Sheets to generate charts and insights automatically.
  • Summarize information: Get instant summaries of long email threads or meeting transcripts to quickly understand key points and action items, freeing up time for strategic tasks.
    • Improve Meetings: Use Google Meet features, like live captions, noise cancellation, and digital whiteboards, so all participants can engage, regardless of location or language. Record meetings for later use, to keep everyone informed.
    • Centralize Knowledge and Resources: Store all project files in Shared Drives. This ensures the entire team has access to the latest information from any device. Use clear naming conventions and folder structures to make finding files easy with Drive's search functions.
     
    Maintain Consistency at Work
    • Establish Clear Workflows and Naming Conventions: Define a consistent structure for organizing files and folders in Google Drive. Ensure all team members follow established naming conventions. This predictability helps everyone quickly find what is needed and ensures alignment.
    • Use Shared Calendars and Status Updates: Create shared team calendars for projects, training, and time off. This keeps everyone aware of availability and deadlines. Encourage setting "working hours" in Google Calendar to manage expectations across different time zones and promote work-life balance.
    • Standardize Communication Channels:
      • Use Google Chat spaces for topic-based or project-specific discussions to keep conversations organized and searchable.
      • Create Google Groups email lists for quick, mass communication of status updates or important resources to relevant teams, ensuring everyone gets the same message simultaneously.
    • Automate Routine Processes: Identify repetitive, high-impact tasks and automate them using Google Apps Script or AppSheet (a no-code platform). This reduces manual errors, saves time, and ensures processes are consistently executed (e.g., automatically assigning onboarding tasks for new users).
    • Provide Ongoing Training and Support: User adoption is crucial for success. Invest in training programs to ensure all employees know how to leverage Google Workspace features effectively and consistently. This ensures a cohesive digital workplace and maximizes the return on investment.
