In this session, we begin by centering student voice. Participants will learn how to conduct empathy interviews that uncover the rich stories, experiences, and aspirations behind the learner. We’ll explore strategies for asking thoughtful, open-ended questions, listening without bias, and creating a safe space for students to share authentically. This foundation ensures that every learner profile begins with a true understanding of the individual, not just the data.
