Allow me to introduce to you Google Notebook! Google Notebook is a closed loop resource that you can use to help with ARD prep. Add relevant resources, such as learning artifacts, current IEP goals, evaluation results, district approved templates for IEP formatting, etc., and use Notebook to help you curate detailed PLAAFPs and generate/iterate new annual IEP goals. Not only will it save you valuable time, it will also help make your thinking more visible and concrete, as well as remind you of needed components you might be missing.
