Who We Are

GEG Ghana is an open community of passionate educators—from primary school teachers to university lecturers and tech coordinators—who believe in the power of peer-to-peer learning.

We believe that when educators share ideas, best practices, and practical solutions, everyone wins—especially our students.

What We Do

Through our local initiatives, GEG Ghana focuses on:

  • Professional Development: Hosting hands-on workshops and webinars on Google Workspace for Education tools.

  • Peer Mentorship: Connecting tech-savvy educators with teachers who are just beginning their digital integration journey.

  • Resource Sharing: Creating and sharing localized lesson ideas, guides, and practical EdTech tips tailored to Ghanaian classrooms.

Why Global Connection Matters

Joining the Global GEG network allows us to bridge local passion with international collaboration. By connecting with fellow GEG chapters around the world, we aim to:

  1. Bring global best practices and innovative ideas back to Ghanaian classrooms.

  2. Share the unique insights and inspiring stories of Ghanaian teachers with a global audience.

  3. Collaborate on cross-cultural projects and virtual exchanges for our students.
