Transfer Stand Alone Upgrade

Hello!

I am struggling to enroll new devices.  We bought some chromebooks 311 without bundled education upgrade.

I have a bunch of C302s I need to deprovision.

Can I, and how can I, transfer the standalone education upgrade on the C302s to the 311s?

Hoping for some good news....Thank you in advance!

You need to de-provision the old devices and when doing so, tell it you are replacing with like device.  The only problem is that it is really meant to replace a defective device with a new same model device, so I don't know whether or not that would apply here as their release dates are a few years apart.

This is not possible. Licenses can't be transferred to replacement devices. As @panderson noted, the same model replacement is for a repair or replacement of the same model. This is the only deprovision reason that preserves device licenses. More info can be found here:
