We have a software that appears to require their IP to be entered into our SMTP relay config in Google. At least that's how it's configured to make it work from 2021.
Would emails that the third party sends appear in our user-of-the-app (athletic dept) Sent folder, or is there any way to audit those sent emails from that IP?
My guess is that because it's a google SMTP service, we have no insight into the emails sent, if they're not in the user sending the email (athletic dept)...
