Rejected service user - how long before it's allowed again?

We use a tool called Schoolcal to populate teacher Google Calendars with their school schedules from our SIS, and it's worked great for a couple of years. We just began to do the same with student Google Calendars, and the service account we set up to do this was rejected (by Google), breaking the nightly sync.

We're trying to figure out next steps. Is there a way to get this account off the naughty list? Is there a limit of calendar events an individual account can generate that may have triggered this? Does an account regain access after a few days, or are we better off redoing the sync with a new account? Has anyone else run into this sort of issue with a service?

Thanks!

Definitely sounds like a "contact support for direction" type situation.

You can get clarification of the issue and direction on moving forward.

Normally a service account wouldn't be "rejected".

Being rejected when setting up an addon in the Marketplace, I have heard of, but never just a SA. A SA is usually just part of a project, and can be replaced with another SA in a few seconds, and then just adding the new SA's credentials in the Calendar sync process.
