QR code Camera issue?

We use Classlink QR codes for some users their devices come up to this screen (pic) on some now we're seeing this "Front Camera (0c45) and half the image cut out. We haven't changed anything has anyone esle seen this?

Came here with a similar problem. Also chromebooks and classlink with device in an OU configured to look for QR codes. I have a handful of reports of the camera straight up not working. A similar "Front Camera" message and just shows up white. Lenovo Gen 4. I tried doing a web history report in case something was being blocked but nothing came up.

I was having issues with this a little while back and ended up moving away from it as we did not use it widely. It is odd that I had it working in the past and was using the same OU that was working before. I wasn't getting the exact same issue as you are, I would scan the QR code and then see an error.

Can I correctly assume that you've tried wiping the chromebook and verifying the web camera works in other apps that use said camera?

Yep. Seems to work everywhere else except to scan the QR code before and after powerwashing. 😞 We have 2-3 with this problem. We sent them away for repair even and same thing.
