Is anyone aware of a location that the NotebookLM team is accepting feedback beyond the in-app "Send feedback" link?

Yes - if you click on the Settings gear on the top right of NotebookLM, there's a pull down menu with a "send feedback" option.

The send feedback option in all apps and services is almost always the easiest = best way to send feedback.

The relevant developer teams read all such feedback.
