Hi,
We have multiple Newline Q Series 86-inch displays in our district. A common problem we have with them is that the remotes that come with it barely work. We have tried changing the batteries and researched a way to re-pair them but no luck so far. I put in a support ticket with Newline but they have not responded.
I was wondering if anybody had the same issues and if there is a fix.
