We update job title in the employee information screen of the user info section of a user via a sync process. This is working just fine as when you look a user up in Google Admin their profile is correct.
We have some users that have where the new title will overwrite what is listed in the directory / their contact card without issue. Other users will have an old title stick and not get overwritten for several title changes.
If we find a user that has a bad title and look them up in admin, clear their title, save, enter the title back, and save again. The title will sync though.
Has anyone seen anything like this? Support got me to the workaround I have right now but was unhelpful after they learned that we are using the API to update the information.
