Yes, we are experiencing it with about a 100 Chromecasts out of the 200+ that we have, including a few TVs with Build-in cast functionality that are also affected.
The only statement from Google has been on X and Reddit from what I have seen. Though those statements have changed significantly over the past day or so,
On March 9th it was mentioned to an Australian user, posted on Reddit, that it would be solved in 24-48 hours. Then there was no mention on times anymore as they responded on X to multiple users as MadeByGoogle and currently the last known information I could find is this screenshot from X:

Which boils down to "We don't know".
