As of ChromeOS version 130 you are now able to mirror and extend your Chromebook's desktop across multiple external displays using a Chrome flag.

For example, in a classroom, this may be [Chromebook + Monitor + Projector].

To get started, Change this flag to ENABLED

chrome://flags/#exclude-display-in-mirror-mode

Your Chromebook will ask to restart.

Next, connect to your external displays.

Then, navigate to the display section of the Settings app.

Here you will need to toggle "Mirror built-in display" to ON

Last, you select one of the external display tabs from the top of the screen, and toggle the "Exclude this display in mirror mode" setting to ON

I am looking forward to this feature moving from flags into the Settings app.

A note that you will now need to set Exclude Display in Mirror Mode policy as the flag is being removed.
