It is important to revisit our mindframes about culture and climate in education, so that we can observe the impact of what we usually do.
Only happy people are growing happy students?
Or maybe open-heart teachers, happy or sad, or whatever, are growing happy students?
It is interesting that more we have bridges, the less we feel open to others? Why is this happening?
