Google occasionally sends important changes and updates which may affect your usage of products. These notifications are sent by email to the account marked as the Primary Admin. This is one of the least-known tips about running Workspace, and one that seems to bite people repeatedly. One wonders why it's not highlighted as a critical (required, even) step during the setup process.

Or better still, why doesn't Google just automatically send all such notices to all superadmins, not just the primary?
