Ryan Richardson here, from the Northern Virginia area (Fairfax County Public Schools)! I am now a technology support specialist for Fairfax County Public Schools and have been in this position for a few weeks now. I am hoping to learn more from the IT Admin community as I transitioned from being an instructional technology coach into this new role.
