Glad to have discovered Communities

Hello! My name is Valerie Walker, from Nova Scotia, Canada. I am a Google Admin for HalifaxIndependentSchool.ns.ca. 
We have used Google for Education for years, but I inherited the system without any training or documentation, and so I struggled for a long time without even knowing about the Admin console. I am constantly discovering settings and features that would have made life easier, if only I had known!

Welcome to the group! In addition to the wealth of information here, you might look into companies that provide training and certifications for Admin Console. I am not sure which companies provide services in Canada, but the ones that I am aware of for California are Amplified (from CDW Education) and Trafera. Some even offer weekly or bi-weekly updates on changes in Google Workspace. Also, the official Update Blog from Google is a good source of info - I subscribe to the blog and get almost daily updates.
