GEG Instructional Coaches is a global, grassroots community of instructional coaches united by a shared mission: to grow together, learn together, and support the educators who need us most. As an official Google Educator Group, we are part of a worldwide network of educators committed to innovation, collaboration, and meaningful professional learning.

What We Do
Our community meets twice each month with sessions designed to sharpen both your technical toolkit and your coaching craft:
- Google Tools Sessions — Hands-on explorations of tools like Google Classroom, Gemini, NotebookLM, Google Vids, and more. We dig into real workflows and walk away with strategies you can use the very next day.
- Coaching Pedagogy Sessions — Conversations centered on the art and science of coaching. From building trust with teachers to designing data-driven coaching cycles, these meetings focus on what matters most: impact.
Every session is recorded and shared with our members, so you can learn on your own schedule.
