Welcome Instructional Coaches & Digital Learning Leaders!

We are so excited to officially launch our GEG for Instructional Coaches! This is a space built for us to connect, share our wins, and navigate the challenges of coaching together.

To get things started, we’d love to meet you! Please hit "reply" and tell us:

  • Who you are and where you’re coaching.

  • Your official title (since we know "Coach" looks different everywhere!).

  • One "go-to" resource that makes your coaching life easier.

We’re thrilled to have you here!

Jeff

LOVE this new space! Thank you for setting it up! The Group emails kept getting buried in my inbox!

I'm Liz and I'm and Instructional Technology Specialist (1/2 teacher 1/2 coach) in Massachusetts, USA. Right now I am obsessed with vibe coding with Gemini Canvas to build custom tools for teaching and learning! It's like a coach's magic wand. There's no need to "find the right tool" we can juts build it and improve it as we go!

Hi Coaching Friends!I'm Cammie Kannekens from Alberta, Canada.  I Co-lead this GEG Instructional Coach group with @JeffBradbury

My district title is "District Instructional Lead".  I'm in a small rural district (although geographically huge), so I'm an "everything coach".  Technology related support is one of the most frequent requests.  I've been doing lots of asynchronous training for teachers about Gemini and NotebookLM as part of our district-wide PD bingo

Hi Jeff - Thanks for this space!

  • One "go-to" resource that makes your coaching life easier.

I'm Jill + a Professional Learning Specialist with Forward Edge (in OH). I work remotely in FL and I support + virtually coach educators/leaders who are earning pd through our learning platform. This is my FAVORITE role in education I have ever held - mostly due to the fact that I communicate the JOY of professional learning through many tools...but of course my go-to is either (because it's so hard to choose) creating Gemini Custom Gems to help review + prepare feedback for my educators, and Notebook LM to store many of my resources in one place to help me create slide decks to share.

Hi everyone! Apparently I can't type my name as it's flagged as "not permitted" in the group 😂 My official title is Technology Integrator for the Biddeford School Department in southern Maine. I am a K-12 tech coach where my role is primarily to support the existing platforms we use for teaching and learning, provide professional development on those and other topics/tools, and also to support the curriculum coordinator and tech director positions as needed. I do a lot of professional learning on my own, meaning all the knowledge I have comes mainly from seeking free PD and webinar sessions as well as reading scholarly articles and the latest newsletters from tech leaders in the field. As a result of this self-guided PD and learning, Matt Miller's AI for Admins newsletter has been a huge lifeline to me as a coach lately. His new book, AI Literacy in Any Class, just arrived and I'm devouring it. Highly recommend it to everyone in this group!

Hello!  I am Meghan Blackburn, Digital Learning Coach for Accessibility and Assistive Technology in South Carolina.  In our district I support educators in integrating accessible and assistive technology to ensure all students—especially those with disabilities—have equitable access to learning. My role focuses on empowering teachers with tools, training, and resources to make curriculum more inclusive and effective. Ultimately, I help bridge the gap between technology and accessibility across our district.

Hello!  My name is Steven Booth and I am an Instructional Technology Coach in northern New York State.  I think Google Gemini and NotebookLM will become two of my favorite tools to use.  I support multiple districts with integrating technology into their instruction.
