Take a sneak peek at the Idaho AI Standards on the Idaho State Dept of Ed website!
Idaho is making big moves in EdTech, and our own Jessica Johnson, Paul Zimmerman, and Kaywin Cottle are at the forefront, driving state-level AI guidance and professional development. To round out the team, Theresa McSweeney (hey, thatโs me!) just earned an ISTE EdTech Leader certification. Together, our quartet is working hard to ensure educators have a seat at the table when it comes to AI in schools.
Wondering how you can get up to speed on AI so your voice is heard, too?
Start with the Google Educator Series! These badge pathways offer everything you need to level up your own skills and gain the resources to train colleagues. If you haven't checked out the trainer resources yet, take a look; the materials are ready to go, so we can focus on learning, collaborating, and teaching.
This is our window to shine. Let's showcase Idaho's educator talent and stack up those Google Educator badges!
P.S. Check out our Idaho GEG event page to join our upcoming meetups!
