When the Plates Start to Wobble

So many of my friends are educators and school leaders. One superpower they all have in common is the ability to juggle; not in the circus sense, but in the “keep every plate spinning” sense. From supporting teachers, to supporting district initiatives, communicating with parents and students, and all the “other duties as assigned”, it can be easy to run on autopilot. But if you’re honest, these probably aren’t the things that drew you to education.

➡️  What part of your week feels like “this is not why I got into education”?  When you think about your teachers, where might they feel the same disconnect?

This conversation isn’t about venting; it’s about slowing down enough to notice patterns. When we name the moments that feel off, we start to see where small design changes, or new tools (including AI) might free up time, energy, or joy for the work that matters most.
