The Question That Changed Your Thinking

Over the past several months, we've explored teacher retention from a lot of different angles. School culture. Communication. Professional growth. Workload. Mentorship. Listening. Recognition.

One thing I've noticed in our workshops is that meaningful progress often starts when leaders encounter a question they can't immediately answer.

Sometimes that question comes from a colleague.

Sometimes it comes from a teacher.

Sometimes it comes from an AI tool acting as a thought partner.

The common thread is that the question causes us to pause and see the problem differently.

โžก๏ธ What is one question you've encountered recently that challenged your thinking about teacher retention, teacher satisfaction, or leadership?

Share the question in the comments and tell us why it stuck with you.

Sometimes a better question is more valuable than a quick answer.
