Most decisions about staying or leaving a school aren’t made in big, dramatic moments.

They’re shaped by small, ordinary ones that add up over time.  A meeting that runs long and lacks true purpose. A last-minute, semi-unreasonable ask that could have waited. A moment where support didn’t quite match the need.

➡️ Think back to last week. What’s one real moment that made you pause and think, “I can see why this might make someone want to leave”?

When we pay attention to the moments that quietly wear people down, we give ourselves a clearer place to start making thoughtful changes. Reply in the comments of this post and share one moment you noticed.
