What’s In It For Me?:
The core purpose of this first session is to not only build community, but also to:
- Select Your Focus: You will review the Five Teacher Retention Factors and select the factor you want to focus on for your design sprint. This choice will begin to form your action cohort.
- Identify Next Steps: We will outline the Challenge Based Learning framework and quickly review the program's goals and how to use this online space.
