Follow-up and Follow-through with Teachers

Over the past few weeks, you’ve been noticing more. Listening more closely. Naming things that might have gone unspoken before.

But one of the biggest trust-builders in a school isn’t just what you notice. It’s what you follow up on.

Teachers are constantly reading the environment around them. When something is raised, whether it’s a concern, an idea, or a small frustration, they are paying attention to what happens next. Not perfectly. Just consistently.

➡️ Think about something your teachers have brought up recently.

What happened after they named it?

Did they see movement, communication, or acknowledgment? Or did it stay where it was?

Reply in the comments and share one example. This isn’t about judgment. It’s about noticing the connection between what’s said and what’s experienced next.
