This program aims to empower School Teacher Librarians across 114 schools in Sibu District with essential digital management skills through the effective use of Google Workspace and Google AI tools.

The session will focus on introducing structured eFiling systems using Google Drive, enabling schools to manage documents efficiently, securely, and in an organized digital environment. Participants will learn best practices in file organization, sharing protocols, access control, and collaborative workflows aligned with the Digital Education Policy.

In addition, the program will introduce Google AI-powered tools such as Gemini, Google Docs AI features, and intelligent search capabilities within Google Drive to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and support smarter information management.

By the end of the program, participants will be able to:

• Implement a standardized eFiling system using Google Drive
• Organize and manage school documents efficiently
• Utilize Google AI tools to enhance administrative productivity
• Apply secure file sharing and collaboration practices
• Support digital transformation initiatives within their respective schools

This initiative supports the continuous development of digital competency among teacher librarians and strengthens the district’s commitment toward efficient, AI-supported school management.
