Often, the voices most impacted by a challenge are the least visible. This resource invites you to pause and intentionally notice whose experiences may be missing before jumping to solutions.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The Quiet Voices Map&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Try This:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On a blank page, write the challenge you’re exploring at the top. (Or you can use a digital tool of your choice such as Google Docs, etc.)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Below it, list the groups or roles you &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;regularly &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;hear from about this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ask yourself:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Who is missing from this list?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Who might experience this challenge differently?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Circle one voice you want to understand better this month.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;That’s it!
